Intensive neurotherapy, engineered for your next step.

Intensive Neurotherapy is MindForge's core clinical service line: concentrated, consecutive-day brain rehabilitation — vestibular, oculomotor, balance, autonomic, and cognitive. Every program is individually calibrated from your assessment data, and delivered by clinicians who re-measure as they go. It's the engine inside every [Condition] Intensive, and it begins, like all care here, with the MindForge Discovery Day.

What it treats

The systems this service line rebuilds are the ones behind most of the conditions we treat. The vestibular system: dizziness, vertigo, imbalance. Oculomotor control: visual strain, tracking trouble after concussion. Autonomic regulation: POTS and dysautonomia. Postural and gait control. And the cognitive-endurance problems that ride along with all of them.

What a course of care contains

Your evaluation selects from clinical components including:

  • Neurologic Physical Therapy — doctoral-level PT specialized in the nervous system, delivered by board-certified neurologic specialists where indicated
  • Vestibular Conditioning — MindForge's structured retraining of the balance and gaze-stabilization systems (the modality searchers know as vestibular rehabilitation, built into concentrated form)
  • Gait & balance re-education — instrumented, progressive, measured against your own baseline
  • Gaze & oculomotor training — for the visual-vestibular integration problems that quietly drive symptoms after concussion and in chronic dizziness

Adjunct modalities are folded in only where your data and your clinical team call for them — never as standalone courses. That includes neurofeedback, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy where the evidence supports it for your indication.

None of these is sold separately, deliberately: they work as a dosed, sequenced program, not a menu. What your mix is — and what it costs as a range with a Good Faith Estimate — comes from your Discovery Day results (ways to pay).

Why intensive format

One visit a week fights physiology: the nervous system consolidates what it practices, and practice spread thin consolidates slowly. Concentrated dosing — daily sessions across consecutive days — is the format the intensive-neurorehabilitation model is built on. It's paced by your data: measurement checkpoints run throughout, and your clinical team adjusts the program as your numbers move. (What a week feels like.)

Intensity follows specificity: your evaluation localizes which pathways need the work — then the dose is aimed there. A typical intensive runs 3–5 clinical hours a day across 5–10 consecutive treatment days (weekends off) — dosed to your diagnosis and severity — then hands off to a continuum phase built for continued gains.

Instrumented, start to finish

Evaluation, progress, and re-test all run on objective instruments and validated symptom measures. It's the same measurement architecture described on our approach and technology pages. You'll never be asked to take improvement on faith; it's documented against your own baseline or it isn't claimed.

How to start

A free 15-minute call → your MindForge Discovery Day — comprehensive neurological evaluation + report of findings + care plan → your individualized program, typically beginning within days — often the very next day.
