Why instrumentation matters this much here
Three reasons. Evaluation: the conditions we treat are invisible to casual exams and normal MRIs; instruments make dysfunction visible and measurable. Treatment: individually calibrated input — from your assessment data, adjusted by your clinical team as your data changes — needs delivery hardware precise enough to match the calibration. Proof: re-testing on the same instruments, against your own baseline, is what lets us document change instead of asserting it. This is what "measured" means every time you read it on this site.
What the technology never does
