01Our commitment

MindForge treats people living with conditions that affect energy, cognition, balance, and tolerance for light, motion, and sound. A website that is hard to use is a barrier to care for exactly the people we exist to help. We work to make mindforge.health usable for everyone, and we treat accessibility as part of the clinical mission rather than a legal formality.

02Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as we rebuild components. We are not claiming full conformance today. We are claiming a target, a process, and an honest list of what is not there yet.

03What we do

Accessibility requirements are built into our design system rather than retrofitted — color contrast, focus states, target sizes, and text spacing are decided once, at the component level. We test with keyboard navigation and with screen readers. We caption video and provide transcripts. We write link text that means something out of context, and we structure pages with real headings. We check pages against our target quarterly, and we check any new page or component before it ships. Our forms use visible labels, clear error messages, and do not rely on color alone to communicate. We do not impose time limits on our screening and assessment tools — people with dysautonomia and post-concussive conditions frequently need longer, and a timeout is a barrier dressed up as a feature.

04Known limitations

We would rather tell you what does not work yet than claim everything does. As of the review date above: our cookie-preference banner is still being rolled out; third-party booking and form embeds have not yet completed a full keyboard and screen-reader audit; our interactive screening tools are still in development and will be tested before they ship; and downloadable documents have not yet been through a remediation pass. We are working through this list, and this section will change as we do.

05Need help, or want to tell us something is broken?

Call (214) 730-6463 or email info@mindforge.health. Tell us the page and what happened. We respond within two business days.

If you cannot use part of this website, we will give you the same information or complete the same task with you another way — by phone, by email, in print, or in person. You never have to use the website to become a MindForge patient or to get an answer from us.

Accommodations for your visit — mobility, sensory, communication, or anything else that would make coming here workable — can be arranged in advance at the same number.

06Formal concerns

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a formal concern under our complaints and grievances process — see our Non-Discrimination Notice for how that works.
