Can I book a Discovery Day from this page?
Not directly — and that's deliberate. The Discovery Day is scheduled live on your 15-minute call, by a person, once we've confirmed MindForge is the right fit. The call is free and books online in under a minute.
When are you open?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Discovery Days are scheduled live on your call, on the day that works for you — traveling patients are prioritized for Monday evaluations.
I'm a physician's office trying to send records — where do they go?
