MindForge is a doctor-led clinical practice in Dallas built around one conviction: people whose neurological conditions haven't resolved deserve care that measures what's actually happening and treats it with the intensity the evidence supports — one team, one plan, one place, with the cost in writing before anything is committed.
Our mission
For people whose neurological conditions conventional care has not resolved — and for those who want to strengthen and protect the brain function they have — MindForge exists to restore function, measurably. Not to manage decline politely. Not to hand you a printout and a follow-up in six weeks. To evaluate the nervous system with instruments, rebuild function with concentrated, individualized programs, and prove the change with re-testing — or say that we can't.
That last clause is part of the mission, not a disclaimer. A place you can trust with your brain has to be one that can tell you no.
Why we were built
MindForge was founded by an engineer — someone who watched people he cared about cycle through fragmented neurological care and approached the problem the way engineers do: instrument the system, find the failure mode, fix it, re-measure. The founder is not a clinician and doesn't pretend to be; clinical authority at MindForge sits entirely with the licensed, doctor-led team. The engineering mindset — measurement, integration, accountability — is the operating system they work in.
The brain center that resulted is engineered differently, on purpose: three clinical service lines — intensive neurotherapy, functional medicine, and clinical strength & conditioning — integrated into a single, measured, individualized program. One evaluation. One plan. The full methodology, and the four structural gaps in conventional care we built against, are on our approach page.
What we believe
- Measurement is respect. Nobody argues for their credibility here.
- Intensity is honesty. The evidence for concentrated, consecutive-day work is why we structure programs the way we do — not because it's convenient. It usually isn't.
- You'll know what care costs before committing to any of it — the evaluation fee, the same for everyone, and program pricing scoped to your situation, both shared plainly on your free 15-minute call and confirmed with a written Good Faith Estimate.
- Routing out is a win. When we're not the right place, we say so and point you somewhere better. That's a health outcome, not a lost sale.
The people
MindForge care is designed and delivered by a doctor-led, multidisciplinary clinical team — meet them here, including who reviews every clinical page on this site.
Start with a conversation
Whether you're a patient, a parent, or a physician, it starts the same way: a free 15-minute call with our care team, or (214) 730-6463. From there, the MindForge Discovery Day — a comprehensive neurological evaluation + report of findings + care plan — is how every program begins.
