The MindForge Balance & Fall-Prevention Program

Twelve sessions. Measured before and after. Built to keep you strong, steady, and independent — with the proof on paper. The MindForge Balance & Fall-Prevention Program is a fixed-scope, instrumented program for adults who've noticed their balance changing — or whose families have — and want to do something structured about it.

MindForge doesn't bill insurance — by design. Direct-pay is what makes an individualized, intensive program possible rather than care shaped by billing codes. HSA/FSA and financing options exist, and a written Good Faith Estimate precedes any commitment.

Why balance responds to training: balance is a trainable system — strength, sensory integration, and reaction patterns that respond to progressive, targeted work at any age. Exercise-based fall-prevention programs carry some of the strongest randomized-trial support in all of rehabilitation [1]; what most versions lack is measurement and dose. Ours is built on both.

The program: instrumented baseline — posturography and gait analysis plus strength and confidence measures → twelve structured sessions of progressive balance, strength, and reaction training, supervised and individually dosed → instrumented re-test, with your before/after reviewed together — the same instruments, your own numbers. Investment: quoted in writing before you begin — one fixed-scope number, with a Good Faith Estimate.

For adult children reading this for a parent: you're the most common person on this page, and the conversation is usually yours to start. What helps: this is a strength program, not a surrender — most parents hear "get stronger, stay independent" very differently than "you're a fall risk." We'll take the conversation from there, respectfully. (15-minute call — you're welcome to make it together.)

Start: program inquiry via the free 15-minute call or (214) 730-6463. Where findings suggest more than a conditioning need — dizziness, neuropathy, a neurological condition — the right next step is a Discovery Day evaluation instead, and we'll say so.

Frequently asked questions

Is this physical therapy?

It's a supervised conditioning program; where evaluation reveals a clinical problem, we route to clinical care first. For clinician-delivered PT at home, see concierge physical therapy.

What if mobility is already limited?

Programming is individually dosed from the baseline — the instruments make "start where you are" literal.

Will insurance pay?

We're direct-pay; HSA/FSA often applies, and a superbill is provided where clinical components qualify — see ways to pay.

What do we get at the end?

Your before/after: posturography, gait, and strength measures side by side — and a maintenance plan.
