The Institute is MindForge's nonprofit research arm: measuring what intensive, individualized neurorehabilitation actually does, publishing what we find, and widening access to care through assistance programs.
What exists from day one: every MindForge patient's outcomes feed a structured registry — objective instruments plus validated patient-reported measures, admission through follow-up — under a methodology we publish openly (research & outcomes). Registries are how individualized, multi-modal care gets evaluated at all (the complex-interventions frameworks say so), and ours is operating from the first cohort, not promised for later.
What the Institute funds: partial financial assistance for qualifying patients — always partial, never a 100% grant — plus research and education programs as they are established.
Who governs it: governance details — board, leadership, and structure — will be published here as they are formalized.
