The registry: every patient, every program — objective instrument batteries and validated patient-reported measures at admission, discharge, and follow-up; consent-based, de-identified aggregation; analysis under the complex-interventions evaluation framework (MRC-class): systematic measurement in the population actually treated, because individualized multi-modal programs are evaluated by registries and cohort designs, not single-intervention trials — a methodology fact, not an apology.
The publications shelf: Empty at launch, by design: our first cohort's data will appear here as it matures — pre-registered measures, reported whether flattering or not.
