MindForge doesn't bill insurance — by design. Direct-pay is what makes an individualized, intensive program possible rather than care shaped by billing codes. HSA/FSA and financing options exist, and a written Good Faith Estimate precedes any commitment.

MindForge NeuroStrength is medically complex fitness: supervised strength and conditioning for bodies that carry medical complexity — built from clinical data, progressed by measurement, and delivered under the same roof as the clinical team. It bridges the gap between "discharged from therapy" and "safe at a commercial gym" — the gap where gains usually die.

Who it serves: program graduates protecting their gains · people with stable neurological conditions who need supervision ordinary trainers can't provide · deconditioned adults cleared for progressive work but failed by generic programming. Who it routes elsewhere: if you're starting from POTS, long COVID, or FND, start at your condition page — exertion-sensitive conditions enter through evaluation, not a fitness signup.

How it works: capability assessment → individualized programming from your data → supervised sessions with measured progression → periodic re-testing. Delivery is by the clinical team today, with clinically-supervised trainer delivery as the service matures — and trainer-delivered work is never labeled or billed as physical therapy (that line is legal, and we hold it).

Start: 15-minute call — current patients, ask at your re-test.

It's supervised conditioning built from clinical data — the medical complexity is the point, and the standards are clinical.

Do I need to be a patient first?

A capability assessment comes first either way; many members arrive from programs, some directly.

Do you take insurance?
