01The program
MindForge Patient & Appointment Messaging. When you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, we may send you: appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes; replies to questions you asked us; follow-up about a request you submitted; and, if you separately opted in to marketing, occasional news about MindForge services and events.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
02Consent
You opt in by checking the consent box on our form, by texting us first, or by telling a staff member. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is never a condition of receiving care from us. Declining to be texted changes nothing about the treatment you receive.
03How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to end messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or REVOKE; tell any member of our staff; call (214) 730-6463; or email info@mindforge.health. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
We honor a revocation made by any reasonable means and will process it within 10 business days of receiving it. Unless you tell us otherwise, we treat your opt-out as applying to all marketing calls and texts from us, across every number and channel.

05Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee it.
06Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

07Please don't text us clinical details
Text messaging is not a secure channel and is not monitored around the clock. Do not text symptoms, test results, or other health details, and never text us in an emergency — call 911.
08Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the parent or legal guardian of the patient, and be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you give us. Tell us if your number changes — otherwise our messages may reach whoever gets that number next.
